Henderson Squash Club Membership

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the quality of service that we offer, we have recently partnered with Australasia’s largest periodical payment company, Debitsuccess, to assist us in the collection, and associated administration, of the regular fees and invoices pertaining to memberships.

This will free up time and resources to enable us to concentrate on providing the highest quality experience at Henderson Squash Club.

From November 2009 Debitsuccess will be collecting payments on our behalf.

The change to the Debitsuccess membership system will allow us to streamline our administration and will provide you with a number of additional benefits including:

• Payment frequencies that can be tailored to suit your individual needs, such as weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
• Payments that can be personalised to align with your pay day or your most convenient banking day.
• Sign up is for a minimum of 12 months – But can be cancelled/suspended when pregnant – doc cert needed (once per year), Injured – doctor cert needed (once per year), Overseas travel one way – travel documentation required. Cancellation fee of $100 if cancelled before 12 month minimum completion date of sign up.

Alternatively annual or corporate memberships can be paid through the office and these will be lined up with the clubs financial year.

Member Playing Times

Senior	Monday to Sunday	24 hours
Tertiary	Monday to Sunday	24 hours
Juniors	Monday to Friday	Except 4 – 7pm
	Saturday & Sunday	24 hours
Corporate	Monday to Friday	5am – 3.15pm

Squash Court Usage

Courts are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when booked for tournaments, interclub, club nights, organised coaching sessions or special events.

Court Bookings

There is no current court booking system at the Club.  When both players are on the premises, write your name up on the blackboard.  Please make sure you rub out your name off the blackboard on the conclusion of your game.

Court Duration

Two keys are required to turn on the lights or one key and $10.00.  Lights are on for a 45 minutes a session.  Please vacate your court for people who are waiting for courts when your lights go out.

Court Attire

General: Attire must be clean and tidy and designed for court use this includes no jeans, jandals and cut offs
Colour: There is no restriction of the colour of your clothing
Footwear: Shoe soles must be non marking
After your game, players are required to shower before entering the lounge area.
